Shipping and delivery

Point of Shift is a small, women-owned business located in Burlington, Vermont. We currently ship to the United States and Canada. For international deliveries, please contact kelsey@pointofshift.com prior to purchasing.

For Toilet Seats + Compost Toilets:

All of our toilet seats are made to order in our shop in Burlington, Vermont. Once you place an order, your seat or toilet is made in one to two weeks. It is then shipped via USPS Ground. We will email you the progress of your toilet seat and notify you when it has been shipped.

For Urine Divertors:

Your urine divertor will be shipped within 3 to 5 days of your order being placed. It is shipped via USPS Ground.
