Returns and refunds

We do not accept returns for our products unless they were damaged during shipping. If damaged during shipping, you have 3 days after delivery to contact us about a damaged product.

We can exchange toilet seats if you ordered the wrong size. You would be responsible for shipping the toilet seat back and for shipping the new seat. We recommend triple-checking the size you need for your toilet seat.
